Gryphon operates a web based industrial and human resource service designed to satisfy an organisations HR/IR information needs. It can be tailored to an individual organisation or industry grouping (eg private health, aged care are already established) and can be integrated with a local intranet or as a stand-alone reference collection.

All data collections are searchable and maintained on a daily basis.  Where an interrogation of the database fails to satisfy an enquiry there is a telephone enquiry and email service offered (ias@gryph.com.au).

There are four factors that distinguish this service from others in the field -

1. It is cost effective based on organisation access rather than individual users.

2. A limited range of industries are supported resulting in more targeted and relevant services. The service is not confined to particular state jurisdictions.

3. Gryphon staff have over 20 years experience in designing and supporting these services (Victorian government, VECCI, SIAG and VHIA).

4. Industrial information provision is a core Gryphon function. Responsiveness and ability to adapt are key Gryphon strategies so if a client wants something different they get it.
