SIR/DBMS support and application development.
SIRxs is an Australian database management system that was developed in the 1970's in the USA and moved to Australia in 1989. We have designed and implemented hundreds of database applications from survey analysis thru to integrated financial management and client tracking systems since 1980. |

The latest of the Gryphon Sir developments has been a Time and Attendance front end for a chris21 payroll. See the GryTNA System.

Gryphon has experimented with a number of time clocks and determined that the CapeSoft (CSTime) is the most reliable and cost effective means of capturing attendance. It also happens to offer the most flexibility and interfaces seamlessly with the GryTNA application.

HRIS (HR, payroll, surveys, rostering, training needs analysis, recruitment).
Commercial packaged systems along with interfaces or tailored solutions in membership, time and billing, accounting and logistics.
After many years of involvement with various payroll systems Gryphon now recommends and supports chris21. We have determined that the chris21 product and support is the best available and there is not much point in perservering with other systems. It is the only dedicated payroll company to have been around for 20 years under the same ownership. |

| Gryphon has been associated with chris implementations since 1994 when we were involved in the Yarra Valley and SE Water implementations |

Gryphon Management Consultants has been supporting SIR applications since 1985. Over the years a number of competing products have come and gone but the SIR applications continue. We continue to support government databases such as the DPI fisheries database (data from 1978 onwards), Heartbase and recent systems like GryTNA. In the past we have supported a CFL forest yield system, VECCI membership & job costing, industrial relations research, amongst many others. |
