Netta has had an extensive career in line management which includes the positions of Manager Operations at Melbourne Water, General Manager Customer Operations at Yarra Valley Water and Corporate Services Director with Conservation and Natural Resources.

Netta has been a director of RACV since 1998. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, Company Directors Diploma and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Associate Fellow of Australian Institute of Management. Currently a management consultant, she has a background in senior executive roles in the water industry. Netta is a council member of La Trobe University and chair of Yarra Valley Water's Customer Consultative Committee.

Col Barling

Col has worked in senior roles in the private and government sectors. He has wide experience in the fields of information technology, industrial relations, human resource management and telecommunications engineering.

As a registered psychologist he brings to the IT and HR disciplines an approach influenced by his organisational psychology and counselling experience and is particularly skilled in managing cultural change. He holds a BA and Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology and is an accredited administrator of the MBTI.

Col has participated in international software conferences and has published papers in the fields of computing and human resources management. Recent appointments include payroll implementation and improvement (DIIRD, RWH, CSL, MECWA, WCH, DHS), consultant with VHIA and Director HR Systems with SIAG where he was responsible for IT and HRIS consulting, web development, publications and the national HR call centre. He has particular interest in organisational research and has over 20 years association with software development using SIR and Lotus Notes.

Liz has broadranging consulting experience in HR, IT and training. She has been responsible for managing HRIS implementations, analysing business needs, HR management and technical training in a range of industries.
